Stronger Than the Ribbon Wellness Day is a restorative community event designed to uplift the mind, body, and spirit of participants while supporting breast cancer patients in the Rio Grande Valley. Held at Casa Once in Mission, Texas, this wellness experience brings people together for a morning of movement, mindfulness, and purpose.

The event features a certified instructor, led yoga class suitable for all levels, along with a guided meditation session to promote relaxation and emotional balance. Attendees are encouraged to bring a yoga mat and water as they participate in this peaceful, empowering experience.
